学びの変革　〜「出る杭が羽ばたく」環境づくりへの転換〜

21世紀に入り、私たちを取り巻く環境は爆発的に変化のスピードを速めています。
また世界は次第にフラット化が進み、ヒトもモノも情報も社会問題も、国境を越えて動き繋がり始めています。

この急速な変化の時代を幸せに生きていくためには、偏差値偏重の教育や、国内に閉じがちな学習/労働環境によって無意識に培われる、高度経済成長期型の思考・行動パターンからの転換が必要なのではないでしょうか？

Entering the 21st century, our surroundings are transforming rapidly. Simultaneously, the world is becoming flatter and flatter. People, productions, information, social issues, all of them are beginning to transform and connect beyond the borders.

To live this rapid-transforming fortunately, isn’t a switchover needed from the rapid-economic-growth-style thinking/behaving patterns, which are involuntarily cultivated by the exclusive learning/working environment, or education regarding deviation as priority?

“Have a Takt!” な生き方

「幸せのカタチ」が決まっていた時代は終わりを告げました。
いまや「幸せな生き方の正解＝メインストリーム」は存在しません。
その代わり、私たちは自らのビジョンを描き、その実現に向かって探究していく、”Have a Takt!” な生き方が可能な世界に生きています。
正解のない状況をいかに楽しみ、自分なりに切り拓き、成果を世に問えるか。私たち一人ひとりが誰かの追従者になるのではなく、探究者として生きていくために必要な「スタイル」の環境構築を推進していきます。

An age which the “Shape of Happiness” was settled has already ended. There is no longer the existence of a “Correct answer for living a happy life=Mainstream” equation. Instead, we are in a world which makes it possible for us to live a “Have a Takt” life by designing our own vision, and inquiring into the materialization of it. How can we enjoy, carve out in our own way, and question the situation without any correct answer to the world? Habataku promotes the construction of an environment where we can “Style” things which are necessary to live as an adventurer, not a follower of others.

閉じた環境での学びは、無意識のうちに視野を狭め、ひいては自身の人生の可能性やものごとの判断基準を矮小化することにつながります。
ボーダー（国境、組織、世代、分野など）を越えて他者と出会ったり、共に創る体験を共有したとき、そこには想像もしなかった新たな気づきが生まれるでしょう。
その学びは「圧倒的な原体験」となり、人生を変えうるインパクトをもたらしてくれます。

Acquisition within a closed environment unconsciously narrows our view as well as trivializes our evaluation standard of life’s opportunity and matters. When we meet others beyond various borders, such as those between countries, organizations, generations, and fields, and share an experience of Co-Creating, we would surely become aware of an idea which was unimaginable before. That learning would lead to a “Stunning formative experiences”, and bring a life-changing impact to us. By building a relationship in a face-to-face distance through a learning experience beyond borders, we bring every individual’s potential into full play, and increase the number of members who are able to Co-Create a better future with people from all over the world.
